We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is looking to make the jump into an Account Executive role. If you’re passionate about technology, sales, and making a difference, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales process, helping to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Your role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline and positioning BigSpring AI for success.

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers through various tools and channels, including LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position BigSpring AI’s value proposition.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Help develop and execute creative email and call campaigns to engage potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role (SDR, BDR, or similar) in SaaS, tech, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Drive: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Apollo.io, Nooks, Sales Navigator, etc..)
  • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive success.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and solve problems on the fly.
