About the role

BigSpring is looking for a Content Marketing Manager with a proven track record at early stage startups. The Content Marketing Manager will join BigSpring’s fast growing team as a leader of their function. This role reports to the Head of Marketing. You are an expert in the art and science of marketing with strong cross functional skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative high growth company, turns ambiguity into action and results, and who believes in the BigSpring’s mission. Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing, sales, customer success and product teams to build our content marketing foundations.
  • Create a content library to quickly enable our team.
  • Understand the market landscape, our competitors, audiences, products and our desired business results.
  • Understand the lifecycle of customers from first touch, onboarding, retention and upsell.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product and eng.
  • Leverage market research, focus groups or interviews when possible.
  • Build personas, messaging, positioning and value props.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance for our messaging.
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral for public relations, thought leadership, paid media, CRM, website, pitch decks,1 pagers, case studies and more
  • Align with cross functional teams to optimize our multichannel strategies.
  • Optimize creative for improved conversions, conversion rate, retention and ROI.
  • Determine resource requirements.
  • Track and report on business results.

  • At least 6 years of experience managing and leading content marketing.

  • Experience managing external partners.
  • Experience working with events, webinars, and comarketing.
