About the role

BigSpring is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record at early stage startups. The Enterprise Account Executive will join BigSpring’s fast growing team as a leader of their function. This role reports to the Founder and CEO. You are an expert in the art and science of sales with strong cross functional skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative high growth company, turns ambiguity into action and results, and who believes in the BigSpring’s mission. Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels, including outbound efforts and inbound inquiries.
  • Own the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the client.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals through our SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to provide clients with customized solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, providing regular updates to senior management.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 6 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • A clear history of navigating accounts.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Comfort with cross functional collaboration.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with events.
