About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is ready to build a long-term career in sales and grow into an Account Executive role. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be on the front lines of our sales process, helping to build a strong pipeline and position BigSpring for success. Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Identify: Research and identify potential customers through various tools and channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and outbound calls.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, qualify their potential, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Develop & Execute Campaigns: Help develop and run creative email and call campaigns to engage potential clients and communicate BigSpring's value proposition.
  • Manage the CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and a unified GTM motion.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven Experience: 1–2 years in an SDR, BDR, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to craft compelling, concise outreach messages.
  • A Drive to Win: A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Tech Acumen: Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io, Nooks, Sales Navigator).
  • Collaborative Spirit: A genuine team player who thrives on working closely with others to drive collective success.
  • Agility and Critical Thinking: The ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and solve problems creatively.
